China's beloved braised chicken chain opens their first United States location in September 2017. Publicity around the opening was so strong that the location had to adjust their operating hours in order to meet demands.

About Lauren

Lauren Baca is passionate about living life to the fullest through positively impacting the lives of others. A strong leader with exceptional organizational skills, she continuously challenges herself and others to be the best they can be.

She was born and raised in the Chicagoland area, where she developed a passion for arts and entertainment through her love of sports and theatre. Lauren has a degree in public relations and communications, with a minor in theatre from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Lauren's career has been a constant trajectory of serving others through cultivating human interaction through social gatherings. Her passion for and work in the sports and live entertainment industry has led her to several opportunities, most notably with The New York Mets. She is always looking to join new organizations on her lifelong quest of learning and fostering relationships.
